Schrager v. Howland, ___ So. 3d ___, 35 Fla. L. Weekly D2407 (Fla. 4th DCA 10/27/10)

The appellate court affirmed a default final judgment but reversed and remanded for a trial on damages. On remand, the trial court entered summary judgment on liability. The appellate court reversed. “Once this court affirmed the default judgments, it became the law of the case thereby bringing finality to the liability issue.”
